I am of the school of thought that bathroom ideas for small bathrooms should primarily focus on white elements, with just a touch of neutral colors brought in as an accent. I just feel like lighter shades really expand the room visually and make small spaces look as large as they possibly can. My go-to concept is a subway tile bathroom because they are simple, fairly inexpensive and, perhaps most importantly, provide a timeless elegance to any room. This is probably my favorite one that I have done so far, mostly because of the mix and match tiling that we did. We used subway tile for the walls, a marble mosaic for the shower, and then larger marble squares for the floor. It goes to show that small bathroom ideas do not have to be boring, and can actually infuse a lot of style into your home.
One of my favorite bathroom ideas for small bathrooms that I have seen on here is where they create a corner shower right next to the tub that is only separate by a seamless glass wall. I think that these are awesome bathroom designs for small spaces because it both opens up the room tremendously while actually fitting in more elements into the limited square footage. People nowadays, especially, really want soaking tubs, but it can be so hard to fit them into these smaller floor plans. This concept offers so many more options for small bathroom makeovers, and will also increase the value of your home. It certainly seems like a no brainer to me, and something I would definitely jump on board with if I had a small master like this.
I am in need of some really outstanding bathroom ideas for small bathrooms because our master is just a mishmash of so many different styles and trends that I don't even know what to do with it. I should start by saying that we definitely did not install this bathroom decor -- we moved into the home and this is what we are working with. Despite the small size we do have a large walk in shower and fairly sizable vanity (not as large as I would want though). Honestly, I have no idea even where to begin with this. My instinct is to gut the entire space so that I can start over will all new bathroom ideas that we pick out, but I don't know if we will bite off more than we can chew in doing so. What would you do if you were me?
When I first started looking online for bathroom ideas for small bathrooms, I thought that I was going to have to go super basic due to the size of our space. However, as I got deeper and deeper into galleries of small bathroom ideas 2022, I realized that the world is my oyster and I can really incorporate a lot of great style despite the limited square footage. This bathroom is a bit larger than ours, but I still really love the style that they achieved here. The window pane shower is absolutely stunning and sets the tone for all of the other elements that they have in the room. To be honest, I have never seen anything like this in all of the bathroom designs that I have looked at, large or small. This is definitely the photo that I am going to use as inspiration for our design.
I know that some people would find these glitzy bathroom ideas for small bathrooms amazing, but it is just a little bit too over the top for my style. With that being said, we just moved in here so I am not sure that I am ready to take on even a small bathroom remodel. I would love some advice from any designers that are willing to give it, on what you think that I can do to make it look a little bit more contemporary in here so that it blends in more with the rest of our decor. The corner walk in shower is actually really nice with the marble tile, and I am not even mad at the gold accents. Maybe if we brought in more black, it would balance out all of the gold? Not sure, but I would love to know your thoughts.
I came on here looking for bathroom ideas for small bathrooms, and boy did this site really deliver. Luckily I am very into modern design, and that seems to be the trend for smaller powder room ideas, probably because they are sleeker and more minimalist. I am sure that those two factors are really beneficial for maximizing small spaces and making them feel clean and uncluttered. I really liked this small modern bathroom because it does not feel like they had to sacrifice on style just because there was not a ton of space. The only thing that I would have changed if it was my house is those countertops. I think that they clash against the chocolate brown walls and really do not do the design any favors.
