I love these tiled showers pictures so much that I saved them to my phone to show my contractor. We have been to countless stores over the past few weeks looking for bathroom shower tile ideas, but I cannot say that I have ever seen a tile quite like this before. It almost looks like that ashy grey faux wood tile that you see a lot, but crossed with a classic subway tile. As if the material was not cool enough, I really like how they laid it in a more geometric and symmetrical pattern rather than your typical brick-style layout that subway tile is usually installed. This gives it a much more modern vibe and definitely makes the room look ultra high end. I will continue searching for pictures of tiled showers with glass doors like ours just in case I find something better, but for now this home is at the top of our list.
The task of researching tiled showers pictures to find design inspiration for our home was truthfully a daunting task. There are just so many on here that the options seem endless and, quite honestly, very boring. I mean walk in shower designs are all pretty standard and cookie cutter right? The answer is definitely not! I was amazed at how many unique designs there were on here and what types of creative things you can do in your bathroom to bring unexpected style to the place. I am sure you have all heard of faux wood tile for the floor -- well how about using it on the walls of your shower too like they did. Groundbreaking! At least for me. These are some bathroom tile ideas that I would definitely use at our house in a heartbeat.
Amidst so many gorgeous tiled showers pictures on here I know that mine isn't going to be anything super crazy, but I am still just so proud of the design that we accomplished on our own. Everything from the bathroom shower ideas to the vanity installation we planned and installed ourselves. Trust me, this was no small task and took a ton of research and careful planning (not to mention a lot of how-to youtube videos watched), but my goodness we did it! Now every time I walk into this room I am filled with pride and awe at what you can do with your own two hands, even if you are not necessarily trained in the trade. I definitely encourage any and all homeowners to look into installing your bathroom tiles design yourself. Sure it may not be easy, but it will definitely be rewarding.
As you can probably tell from these tiled showers pictures, our master bathroom is super outdated. Nothing about this room screams modern and clean -- the two adjectives I want to describe our home. We knew all this coming into the house since we got it for such a steal, but that does not mean that I don't want to just tear everything out and start fresh with brand new walk in shower ideas. Beige and tan are definitely not my colors so I plan on getting rid of all of this outdated stuff as soon as I have a solid plan of what to replace it with (I don't want to live without a bathroom any longer than I have to). I know that the bathroom wall tiles will be the first to go because there is no way that they will go with anything I will ultimately install. I am thinking that everything will be a simple and crisp white with matte back accents -- very Restoration Hardware if I had to name a motif.
I feel like these tiled showers pictures actually make our guest bathroom look more modern and updated than it really is. In reality we are in desperate need of some guest bathroom ideas to update this tired old space that, in my opinion, really dates our home. I don't think that this is going to be an easy or a cheap project because it is going to require gutting the entire space. There is really nothing in here that we can recycle if we are actually going to pursue the decor palette that I am wanting. The rest of our house is pretty contemporary and is done in a lot of whites and grey. Luckily small bathroom designs with shower stalls like this are definitely a lot less expensive than, say, a master so we won't be spending as much as we could.
I always thought that tiled showers pictures would look pretty much the same -- I mean how creative can you really get with a shower you know? Well boy was I wrong! I have seen some absolutely stunning shower tile designs as I have begun researching on here, and I continue to be amazed at the versatility of such a seemingly standard feature. This one is probably my favorite because it is so bold and masculine, yet with an air of refinement that I really dig. I know that it is not really your standard shower tile ideas 2022, fraught with marble herringbone or white subway tile, but I have never been one to follow the crowd. This space would definitely suit my new bachelor pad, and I will probably contact a contractor to see what we can do like this in my home.
