I love this traditional kitchen design because it is more glamorous and feminine than most that you see. You really don't see duel crystal chandeliers hanging over an island in your average kitchen design (or any!) but I think that it gives this space such a unique look. They were able to pull off such a lavish style in the kitchen by coordinating the brass detailing on the fixture with the faucet and cabinet knobs. Those touches of brass throughout the space really tie the whole thing together and prevent the pendant lights from looking too random. I definitely want to try to recreate this look in our small traditional kitchen.
I just love any type of traditional kitchen design whether it is one of those classic space filled with white paneled cabinetry, or even an edgier elegance like this ebony themed space. I am always on the look out for new kitchen ideas because we flip homes as a relatively lucrative side hustle. It is important to me to find styles that will feed into the latest trends and attract potential buyers, but that can reuse old items like cabinets and countertops to save us money in the long run. I would love to recreate this traditional kitchen in our next flip because I think the dark black finish of the cabinets would be perfect to cover a lot of those old 1980s cabinets that we find in the houses we purchase.
This room is by far the coolest traditional kitchen design that I have ever seen -- it looks like something straight out of a French Country estate and I could not be more here for it. Not a lot of people get creative like this with their decor because they are too concerned about utilizing all of the trendy kitchen design ideas 2020 or keeping things neutral for potential resale later. While this kitchen may not be everybody's personal taste, you cannot deny the pure style and artistry used here. I don't think that I can even pinpoint my favorite element of the design. At first I thought it was the gorgeous intricately detailed traditional kitchen cabinets, but then I caught a glimpse of the stunning tray ceilings, and unique pendant lights hung over the grand island.
Show me any traditional kitchen design and I can probably pick out about ten five things that I would instantly want to recreate in my own home. I am a total sucker for traditional white kitchens and I especially love it when they have a very monochromatic color palette like this design. By keeping everything ultra neutral, it is so easy to bring your own personal touch to the space. In this particular home, the five kitchen remodel ideas that I would want to repeat are the gorgeous long brass drawer pulls, the "x" cross design on the glass cabinets, the absolutely stunning pendant lights that really elevate the entire space, the huge viking range, and the beautiful upholstered stools at the island.
I was so pleased with how this traditional kitchen design turned out, especially given the unique color palette that we chose for our cabinets. Going into this, I knew that olive green was a bold choice for our new kitchen cabinets and that it may turn a lot of people off. But it is one of my favorite colors and I was confident that the decorative accents I was planning to bring in would actually make the color palette not only make a lot of sense, but also really set the elegant tone of the space. Once we had the cabinetry and beautiful granite countertops installed, I started looking around for kitchen decor that would amplify the style of the space.
I adore just about any traditional kitchen design that features white cabinetry and white countertops. I mean, it just can't get any more perfect than the gorgeous space in this home. Without a doubt, I want to mimic this exact design for our kitchen remodel that we are going to be starting next month. We have a pretty spacious floor plan, so I think that we can fit in tons of cabinetry and a long two tier island like this. Ideally, I would like to incorporate as many classic traditional kitchen ideas as possible including the marble countertops, the small desk nook for me to pay bills, and even the paneled doors on the refrigerator.
