I am just not into that cookie cutter look that everybody is doing nowadays. I want my home to stand out from the rest, whether that is in a color palette or something a little bit more major like the the bathroom vanity ideas. I would still probably use trendy marble tile with it but have these floating vanities as a unique accent.

I want to take a poll here -- how do you feel about bathroom vanities with tops like this that kind of curve upward into the mirror? On the one hand, I feel like it is a unique whimsical touch (very MacKenzie Childs to me), but on the other hand I think it is a little bit weird haha. We are thinking to do vessel sinks in most of our bathrooms, and came across these bathroom vanity designs as an option to accent the sinks. The alternative that I am considering would be a simple white quartz countertop or even a marble slab, both with no rise into the mirror. After looking at a ton of pictures of bathroom vanities, I have to admit that I am completely torn between the two options. What do you all think? Option A (this photo) or option B (plain marble or quartz)?

Who knew that picking out the right bathroom vanities with tops for your home could be so dang challenging! Throughout the last couple of weeks, I must have looked through hundreds and hundreds of photos of luxury bathroom vanities before finally deciding on these as my "inspiration" for what I want to put in our master. About 50 photos of traditional white cabinets in, I solidly determined that that classic style is not for me. I knew that I wanted something a little bit more edgy and fun, something that would set our home apart from the rest. The bathroom ideas 2022 galleries were a little bit more fruitful, in fact, that is where I found this photo. I love the contemporary style that this designer achieved in here (not to mention the gorgeous view out of the floor to ceiling windows). I think that it would be easy to replicate most of these elements in our house, even at a price point that I am trying to stay within.

I would love some advice on which style of bathroom vanities with tops that you all think would look best in our master suite? As you may be able to tell from the photo, we have a semi-large bathroom that exists onto our master patio and, as such, has a ton of natural light (one of my favorite features). For many years I really like traditional style bathroom decor but, with this renovation, I want to move away from that motif and bring in trendier and more contemporary items. Because I am not well versed in this style, I am not sure where to even begin picking elements that would fit well within this theme. I know that most beautiful bathrooms tend to center around the tile and the vanities so, since we are not changing the tile, the vanity is really going to need to inspire the rest of the decor.

I am wondering if sleek floating bathroom vanities with tops like these have a place in ordinary suburban homes, or if they need to stick within these high end mansions? I really like the look of modern bathroom vanities like the ones they chose for this room but, for some reason, I am a bit nervous to replicate this look in our master because I feel like it may be too high end and trendy for our neighborhood. That probably should not matter since we plan on staying in this home forever, but I still have some reservations despite the fact that I love the look. Does anybody have advice or ideas on how to tone this down but still have a very similar vibe? Or even some ideas on how we could recreate our own diy bathroom vanity that would be very similar to the ones in these photos.

You really can't beat simple bathroom vanities with tops like this if you are trying to achieve any sort of modern look in your home. Whether you are doing a large master suite overhaul or small bathroom makeovers, I think a simple floating design with thick countertop like this would be absolutely perfect for your needs. Even better, an all white piece like this would blend perfectly with just about any tile or other accents you already have or plan to bring in. Plus, I have seen relatively inexpensive versions at Lowe's and Home Depot lately that, to be honest, look just about identical to this high end one. Just scroll through some pictures of small bathrooms and you will quickly see that this is a trending piece that you should keep in mind.
