Trends in bathroom paint colors 2022 really have not changed much compared to years past. I find that some years we see bold new trends, but those are few and far between. Neutrals are still by far the most popular bathroom colors, and I do not see that changing any time soon. No matter what is trending in home design, light bright colors are always the best choice for bathrooms because they keep these small spaces feeling very clean and open. Can you imagine what this room would look like if the walls were a dark charcoal grey instead of this creamy white shade. If you are ever on the fence about what shade you should paint your walls, I would start by looking into white bathroom ideas and see if anything works for you.
This space certainly embodies today's trends in bathroom paint colors 2022 to a "T." Homeowners and designers alike are still loving white and grey based designs, especially ones that incorporate soft dove gray cabinetry and marble accents like this. Honestly, gray bathroom paint is actually an exceptional choice for these rooms because it doesn't show dirt or moisture easily and it is a nice neutral without being to boring. You can always jazz up these neutral designs with pops of blue or green, or they can be left very sleek and modern like we did here. If you are on the hunt for bathroom color ideas, I would definitely encourage you to consider this paint palette because I think it provides and awesome and subtle foundation to any design.
As you can see, we recently upgraded all of the tile in our master bath, but we still haven't settled on one of the bathroom paint colors 2022 that our contractor asked us to choose from. I really appreciate that he (or one of his designers) did the hard part for us and at least narrowed the hundreds of shades we could choose from to about ten. But still, committing to bathroom paint colors is so outside of my comfort zone because I don't know what would highlight the tile without clashing or overwhelming the room. How do you guys pick paint colors for your home? I know that a lot of people say to bring samples home and paint it in the room, but I am afraid of messing up the walls. We would be so grateful if anybody on here could weigh in with their thoughts on the best paint to use alongside our master bathroom ideas 2022.
As you can tell by our sickening peach walls, we are in dire need of ideas on which bathroom paint colors 2022 to use in our master suite. When we moved into this home, we knew that we would need to tackle this room sooner or later because wow does it have unique bathroom wall colors. Luckily, the foundation of the design is actually quite nice -- the room is very spacious, the vanities are fairly new and a nice design, even the tile isn't that bad. Once we come up with some other bathroom paint ideas, I think that we will actually have an amazing space in here. The wall paint will be the first to go, but I have also considered painting the vanities to give them a more modern look. I am not sure which direction I should go though, given the tan countertops and tile throughout.
It is so fun for me to see how trends change over the years. Right now I have been checking out popular bathroom paint colors 2022, to see if my home measures up or if I need to change up some things to keep it looking fresh and updated. This year, it seems like the best paint color for small bathroom designs is the muted beige shade in these photos. I will admit that I am surprised to see beige popping back up in the trend wheel, especially after so many years of grey dominating the hot color palettes. I do like how it looks in this bathroom especially against the cool mosaic accent wall of the shower. Admittedly, I don't think I like these new bathroom colors 2022 enough to repaint our home, but it is interesting to see the direction the design world is going.
Regardless of what is popular in bathroom paint colors 2022 ( I know there are a lot of whites and greys thrown around in there), I absolutely adore this warm cafe au late shade that this couple used in their powder room. Like most small bathroom paint colors, it is subtle enough not to overwhelm the limited square footage, yet bold enough to provide some nice contrast against the white trim and other decorative elements in the room. Despite the warmer undertones, I actually think that you could use this shade alongside popular grey colors, and especially navy and indigo blues. These bathroom pictures feature a more eclectic and modern style, but I think the color palette would be stunning alongside more traditional furnishing as well.
