Bathroom Designs For Small

Whether you need bathroom designs for small spaces or you have a huge master suite to work with, the gorgeous styling of this space would be beautiful to replicate in any size space.  I had been concentrating my time on a small bathroom ideas photo gallery to find direction and inspiration for what to do in our tiny nursery bath.  When I decided to branch out into other galleries, I found this epic ship lap and subway tile covered all-white space.  I think this would be so gorgeous in a little girl's bathroom and would actually work quite well in a smaller footprint since the white finishes and simple yet elegant designs will not overwhelm the place.  I definitely want to use these subway bathroom tile design ideas for small bathrooms in the future because I think it will add so much elegance. 

I refuse to be intimidated by the thought of coming up with bathroom designs for small spaces because I know that with a little bit of creativity, I can make any floor plan great.  I wanted to take you along with me on my latest design challenge as I figure out which small bathroom designs with shower features would be best for this space.  My immediate thought (as I am sure most of yours is) is to get rid of the unsightly beveled shower door that is taking up so much visual space in the room.  If you have seen any pictures of small bathrooms done right, you will know that merely replacing the unit with a frameless all glass corner door will instantly open up the small space and make a world of difference. 

I am so used to coming up with bathroom designs for small spaces that it was nice to take on a full size master suite redo for once.  Before I got into this space to work my magic, the room was quite dark and cave-like with very outdated bathroom decor. I wanted to brighten and clean up the space by replacing all of the tiled elements with this lovely beige patterned granite and travertine.  The combination of these two stones makes for a very elegant example of pattern play and adds a lot of visual interest to the space.  This is something you could easily replicate in your small bathroom designs if need be, because the lighter shade of the tiling keeps everything looking fresh and open despite the heavy patterned detailing on it. 

I wanted to post photos of another one of my favorite bathroom designs for small spaces that I completed this month.  As you know, I love thinking outside of the box whenever I am coming up with small bathroom remodel ideas so I decided to upgrade the space by creating a huge walk in shower where the tub used to be.  This gave us the feeling of so much more space in this fairly limited floorplan as well as created a great selling feature for the home.  Walk in showers are a must nowadays so it is key to come up with unique bathroom ideas for small bathrooms that can make a unit like this possible.

I am so incredibly impressed with the bathroom designs for small spaces that our decorator Cindy came up with for us. As you can probably tell from the photos, we had a very limited footprint for her to work her magic with small bathroom design ideas, one without a lot of wiggle room (literally) to add in cool modern features.  The rest of the home is done in an all-white contemporary style with gold accents so we wanted to carry this theme in here as well.  I just love what she did with the black tile flooring and accent wall behind the mirror because it makes the room look like something out of a high end luxury bathroom design gallery but on a scale that actually works well within our size constraints. 

When it comes to bathroom designs for small spaces, I consider myself to be a bit of an expert.  I think that growing up in a pretty tiny house made me constantly think about way that I could make my bedroom seem bigger or how we could organize better so it wouldn't seem so cluttered.  I recently took on this small bathroom remodel project and loved how well it turned out so much so that I wanted to shade photos with the world.  I wanted to keep everything in the beige family so that it would feel clean and open.  I actually spotted this cool granite tile that I used on all four walls when I was looking through a small bathroom ideas 2019 catalog at Home Depot.
