A big family needs a big bathroom! We looked at a bathroom design gallery and found a way to add many of those elements into a large-scale bathroom that would provide enough room for our entire family. My wife insisted on a tub, so we went with this spacious, modern-looking white tub. It's situated under the open window to provide casual lighting and a bit of privacy. The bathroom ideas photo gallery we really loved featured multiple sinks and vanities, which is a need with our family, and we added one between the tub and shower and another near the door to the bathroom. The floors were done in marble tile in beige to add a splash of neutral color to the white walls and subway tiles. Beautiful bathrooms don't have to cost a fortune as you can see from our updated room. By looking at pictures, you can get a feel for styles you like and combine small elements from each to create a room that works for you and your family.
As a designer, I was tasked with taking a bathroom design gallery viewed by a customer and blending it with a few ideas she had of her own. Those ideas included combining the old with the new. The large walk-in shower with glass doors is part of the modern touch she wanted. Stone colored tiles with an old fashioned stone border helped to unite the two spaces. Bathroom ideas 2022 that are popular include natural lighting, so we added a skylight and installed two large frosted windows, both of which brighten the room. During the day, the new bathroom is bright enough to use without artificial lighting. My client saw bathroom pictures that featured a clawfoot tub she loved, and we added that to the main area of the bathroom, along with several styles of mirrors, a dark wood vanity with a raised sink, and tasteful chair. A chandelier was installed in this room, along with more modern lights over the sink, again helping to blend old with new.
I have been scouring every bathroom design gallery that I can find on here in an attempt to decide on the perfect tile for our new lake cottage en suite bath. Nothing I had found was just right until I came across these cool whitewashed shower tile ideas in this photo. The owner did a great job of bring the gorgeous view of the outdoors inside by using river rock mosaic on the shower floor, wood panelling on the walls, and a simple coordinated granite subway tile for the walls. It is all done in the colors of the rocky cliff edge outside and makes the space feel very organic, unlike anything else in the bathroom remodel photo gallery that I found these pictures in. I definitely want to do my best to replicate this entire space in our cottage.
I got the idea for this modern meets rustic room from a bathroom design gallery on this site. In order to save some money, rather than hiring an interior designer, our builder suggested we spend some time looking through bathroom remodel pictures in order to get some inspiration for what we want to do in this space. It actually was not as hard as I expected to piece together different elements of the space on our own and find the specific materials we needed to recreate each element of our dream bathroom pictures. Don't be afraid to take on bathroom designs on your own -- it is definitely doable if you spend the time doing your research and planning ahead. And if that sounds like too much, feel free to hire me! haha
In my opinion, what makes a bathroom design gallery great is its ability to inspire your build in ways you never even thought of. In general, I find that your average bathroom remodel ideas are pretty standard -- shower, tub, vanity, tile floor -- without much variation or true style. I really want to be wowed by the photos and for them to show me new and unique trends that I had not seen before. I love this particular photo because the shower and tub were essentially combined, with the tub surround being used as the shower bench, only divided by frameless glass doors. This combined with the bathroom tiles design makes for a really cool, not to mention unique, look that I think would be perfect for our floor plan.
While flipping through a bathroom design gallery on here, I found this awesome cozy yet modern master suite that I totally want to replicate in my own house. I absolutely love the bathroom tile ideas that they used because the combination of warm peach granite and classic gray accents is very on trend for 2022, but gives the space a warmth and femininity that only using one shade could not have accomplished. The only thing I would change if I actually recreate it at home, is to add more shower heads and make the stall a steam room. I have been seeing those a lot in bathroom remodel shows, and it definitely sounds like one of those luxurious extras that is actually worth the money. What do you think?
