If you are like me, you think that traditional bathroom ideas are the bees knees and will simply never go out of style. I wanted to most some pictures of our master makeover just in case anybody on here was in need of some traditional bathroom remodel ideas. I could be biased, but I think that we did any awesome job not only styling the space to be extra pretty, but also maximizing the square footage that we have and making it very functional. We knew that we definitely needed two sinks (something that was lacking in our previous design), but the wall space in the room just did not make that possible. We had to place them catty corner to each other, which some people may think looks weird, but it does the job for us. Another thing that we made sure of was to choose neutral beige bathroom paint colors that would hide water droplets and also provide a very simple backdrop to the rest of the design.
I love traditional bathroom ideas that feature a simple color palette of beige and white accented by really high end decorative tile to amp up the style. The thing I like most about traditional bathrooms is their timeless elegance that really does not go out of style -- I think that you get a lot more longevity out of these designs because you are not constantly chasing the newest hottest trend. For example,. the lovely paneled jacuzzi, beautiful marble tile, and spacious walk in shower featured in the bathroom in this photo will always feel high end and would not look dated for quite some time. This is definitely the direction that I want to take our bathroom remodel 2022 and I look forward to sharing photos of the finished room on here.
My favorite type of traditional bathroom ideas are ones that have small contemporary touches that make it more relevant to todays decor trends. The pictures in this traditional bathroom ideas photo gallery are great examples of this concept because they all have an overwhelming timeless elegance to them, but with pops of edgier accents. This master bath was my favorite because of the metallic elements used throughout. The gorgeous freestanding tub is obviously the centerpiece of this concept with its brushed copper finish. In addition, the floor and shower tile as small metallic flecks in it to further bring out the stunning finish of the tub. I am not sure if you can fully appreciate it from these bathroom pictures, but the entire space is just unforgettable.
This is probably the most unique master that I have ever seen that is actually based in your more traditional bathroom ideas. Despite the distinctly futuristic edge that the large hexagonal jacuzzi in the center of the room creates, the majority of the extremely well done bathroom renovations that they added are actually quite classic in style. Take a look at the beautiful paneled wood vanities and dressing table, the lovely granite tile used throughout and, of course, the show stopping crystal chandelier in the center of the room. This decorator did a fantastic job of combining your more trendy bathroom ideas 2022 alongside more timeless pieces that will certainly remain desirable for years to come.
This gorgeous master is definitely a treasure trove of stunning traditional bathroom ideas for anybody on here that is trying to find inspiration like I have been recently. My absolute favorite of all the traditional bathroom design ideas they used here is the gorgeous bay window area surrounding the classic freestanding tub with gorgeous vintage style faucet. The contrast of the rich brown stain against the all white walls and tile is so beautiful and elegant, and really elevates the overall design of the space. I also really like the matching freestanding vanities with thick framed mirrors flanked by elegant crystal sconces that mimic the chandelier hanging in the center of the room. It is little luxurious touches like this that make this space stand out to me and sources so many of the bathroom ideas that I will use in our house.
When we were designing our guest bath, I wanted to figure out how I could combine traditional bathroom ideas with some modern touches that would make the room feel more current and trendy than it ever has. Most of the trendier guest bathroom makeovers that I see on here show walk in shower stalls where the old tub used to be, and that seemed like the right move for us to take the space into a more current design. In order to pair the traditional with the more modern, I decided to use this really neat looking taupe tile for the shower as a nice contrast against the really elegant paneled vanity. In order to tie this more modern tile in with the other small traditional bathroom ideas, I used the same black countertop material for the shower bend top. I am very happy with how the room turned out and hope that it can serve as inspiration to others on here.
