With that being said, I really want to finish the room in one of these soft grey bathroom paint colors 2022 that I have been seeing everywhere on here. I love the white vanities and marble tile that this designer paired with the grey walls, so those elements are likely to make an appearance in our new design as well.

I just wanted to take a second to post the "after" photos of our updates with bathroom paint ideas 2022. As you can see, removing the column didn't really make sense since it was essentially built into the wall (as much as I really really wanted to). So we decided to do the best we could to just blend it in using bathroom paint ideas that would disguise it. I pulled one of the soft tan shades out from the tile thinking that it would be an easy way to blend everything in. Overall I think that it was a successful project, if for no other reason than we were able to bring some trendier bathroom colors 2022 into a space that quite frankly just looked bad haha. The only thing that I am considering changing at this point is that mirror. However, that will require an electricians help to remove those sconces so, for now, that project is on hold.

I am all for some unique designs, especially somewhere like a master, but the one in our new house is just a little bit too intense for me haha. I like where they started going with the grey bathroom ideas, but I think that it was the bold tile that took it over the line for me. If I could replace the countertops and shower tile with all white, I think that it would go a long way to to making the space more chic and elegant (two words that I want to describe every room in my home). I really want to renovate our entire bathroom, but my husband says that it simple isn't in the budget. For that reason I am on here browsing through bathroom paint ideas 2022 because I think that I can bring a lot of change to the space just by repainting the walls and swapping out faucets and hardware. This is a pretty good photo of our master, but I think that the bathroom colors are just a little bit brighter in person. As you can see, we have sort of an odd mix of beige, tan and grey, without any one of those shades being particularly prominent. In case you can't tell from this photo, I really need to figure out some good bathroom paint ideas 2022 to bring this space into todays trends. I have to give the previous owner credit for creativity -- I mean I have never quite seen powder room ideas like this in real life before. I am actually okay with all of the stone tile and the gorgeous wood door, I just can't quite get on board with the random column in the corner and the faux finished bathroom paint colors. I think those elements make the space look both dark and outdated, neither of which are things that I want my guests to think when they use the restroom. Even though I know exactly which elements I want to change, I have to admit that I still don't quite know how. If anybody has some creative powder room ideas that you think could help fix this space, I would love to hear them.

My current bathroom screams vintage "glam" (even though I disagree with that term used here) so I am trying to narrow down some bathroom paint ideas 2022 to finally replace this ghastly wallpaper that came with the home when we moved in. Most of what I have been reading on here indicates that the best bathroom colors for a slightly contemporary home like ours are grey and soft white tones. I am totally down with that because most of the rest of my decor falls into that color way as well.
