I really love the master bathroom ideas in this home because they feature a really unique rustic charm that I have not seen in any of the photos I have looked at so far. We have French country style decor throughout our entire house, so I wanted to find master bathroom design ideas that would carry this theme into our private area of the house. Most designs that I have seen so far are a bit too modern for our tastes and do not really embody that rustic country feel that we are looking for. I love how they used a cool workbench style design for the long vanity and paired it with classic shiplap on the back wall. I have been seeing tons of bathroom remodel pictures featuring shiplap lately, so I think that incorporating it would help us to be trendy.
I love simple and monochromatic master bathroom ideas that result in a clean and elegant space. This particular home is one of my favorite bathroom makeovers we have undertaken because the resulting design is just so chic and serene. The entire project was inspired by the gorgeous grey basketweave wall paper that we picked up in a local home decor boutique. It embodied a contemporary style but with a traditional elegance to it. We thought it would be fantastic to partner with luxe marble-look tile and countertops as well as richly paneled bathroom cabinetry. People always as us where to start when they are looking for bathroom renovation ideas, and I always tell them to find an inspiration piece like we did with this wallpaper, and let that lead your design process.
As I am sure you can tell, we are in dire need of master bathroom ideas to update this very yellow and outdated space. I think that there is a decent foundation to the design with the nice travertine tile, new glass shower, and great architectural detailing, but we really need some bathroom color ideas to modernize the space and make it look much trendier than it does now. I have always been partial to cool blues and greys, so this yellow paint palette is definitely not working for me. Because I want to incorporate bathroom ideas on a budget to keep the costs down, I was thinking to keep the tile and trim as is but repaint the walls and ceiling in addition to replacing the unique wood vanity with something a bit more traditional.
I love master bathroom ideas that feature simplistic designs and natural elements. This master bathroom layout does just that and creates a fantastic zen space that I am sure is a joy to spend time in. My favorite part about the room is the gorgeous marble-look tile used throughout with the smallest hint of blush pink woven throughout. It elevates your ordinary marble look and gives it an edgy femininity that is the perfect pair to the sleek floating vanity, large frameless shower and industrial light fixtures. In my opinion, no modern bathroom ideas could be without a vibrant organic element and their beautiful moss green tree with driftwood sculpture certainly fits the bill.
I always think that it is important to use master bathroom ideas that really inspire you in this space because you start and end your day in here. As such, the master bathroom designs that you use should reflex your personality and what makes you "tick." This homeowner loved uncluttered designs with neutral colors and pops of mauves. It was quite easy to deliver this look because we just need to create a great contemporary foundation to the design and then have a bit of fun with color and pattern. Obviously, the main focal point of the space is the gorgeous glass enclosed shower featuring fun monochromatic grey bathroom tile ideas in a cool vertical stripe.
I have been looking really hard for modern looking master bathroom ideas that we could reuse our existing travertine tile with in order to save money. I know that master bathroom shower ideas using travertine are a bit outdated, but our room is quite large and it would be a huge expense to have to replace it all. I really like the idea of adding some mosaic tile insets into the existing design to mimic this cool modern style shower. I think it would give the entire space a brand new look and would actually make the travertine feel like a positive instead of a negative. I will definitely share bathroom pictures once we finish up so that everybody can see the finished product!
