I would really love if anybody had suggestions for where to find fairly inexpensive but still good quality small bathroom vanities that may fit in our space. We are getting ready to renovate in here, but the basic footprint of the place is going to remain the same. I am looking for bathroom vanity ideas that would look good with plain white walls and the marble tile that we will soon be installing. Ideally the vanity would have some sort of matching mirror, but it does not necessarily have to. We have been struggling trying to figure out small bathroom designs, because even this miniature vanity takes up so much room in here. I love the ones that look like they are floating because I feel like they take up less space, but I am not sure if they would go with marble tile.
I hate to get rid of this gorgeous original sink, but there is just no storage in it. That is why I am on here looking for small bathroom vanities that still have a slightly vintage vibe and would go with the peachy tile that we have throughout the room. I am into the bathroom cabinet ideas that are quite traditional looking and that almost look like an heirloom piece of furniture with a sink set into the top. I feel like something in a darker shade of wood may go well with the tile but, honestly, I don't really know. I don't have much design experience other than a few small bathroom makeovers here and there, so I am a little bit out of my element trying to choose something so substantial to the overall look of the place.
If you are looking for small bathroom vanities that won't take up a ton of space, I highly highly recommend a floating unit like this. They would be fantastic in a kids room or guest bath, or even if you just want some cool powder room ideas really. The best part about them is the fact that they take up so little room but still have a ton of storage. Plus, from a cleaning perspective, it is just so easy to sweep and mop underneath them so that your corners never collect the gunk and debris that often happens in a bathroom. I am definitely going to do something like this in our small bathroom remodel, and I may even just totally go for it and put them in our kids' shared bathroom as well.
I love small bathroom vanities like this because they are more petite than a lot of the more traditional styles that you see on here, but they still offer a ton of storage and (most importantly) style. I think that a piece like this would be utterly fantastic if you were looking for small master bathroom ideas that look high end, but that won't overwhelm a space with limited square footage. In addition to that, units like this with the shelves and shaker doors are so stylish right now and bring a fun coastal vibe to your bathroom whether you are going traditional or more contemporary. And, honestly, the best part about these bathroom vanities is that you can find these at just about any Home Depot or Lowe's for a really good price.
Even though our master suite is pretty gigantic, we had the hardest time trying to find small bathroom vanities that would fit in these little inset nooks that were created for cabinetry. For that reason, we actually just decided to paint our existing bathroom vanity cabinets because they were obviously custom fit to our home. Plus that gave us way more room in our budget to do other fun projects like retile the whole bathroom and even install this gorgeous soaking tub for me. I definitely would encourage you to figure out small bathroom ideas that will save you money (especially if you aren't really set on the more expensive alternative) because it makes it far easier to stay on or under budget, and allows you to bring in those luxurious extras that you may not have been able to before.
Small bathroom vanities like this are so perfect for a tiny powder room or even a kids bath that you want to make a little bit more petite in order to be at their scale. Not only are these a fantastic space saver, but they are a great option if you are looking for simple modern bathroom vanities to accentuate a chic and minimalist design. My one piece of advice is to double and triple check the height that you are mounting them because, as they are floating, there is room for error. This is actually another great benefit though, because if you are shorter or taller than the average person you can definitely customize it to fit your needs. All in all, this is a great all around option for slightly nonconventional bathroom vanities with tops that could go with a variety of decor styles.
